Staying at this hotel felt like a magical experience in individual villas nestled in a colonial garden setting. The rooms were absolutely stunning, with authentic style and luxurious amenities. However, some maintenance issues like peeling paint and non-functional electrical receptacles were noticeable. The service was professional and accommodating, especially welcoming to families. The location was breathtaking, with serenity weaving through the residential villas, although the sheer size might make you want to stay indoors. The dining experience was fantastic, with a regal setting and delicious choices, although it could be pricey. The facilities were top-notch with everything you need for a luxurious stay.
The villa-style rooms were stunning with authentic design and a spacious layout. However, maintenance issues like peeling paint and stained walls were noticeable. The service was friendly, but not as professional as expected, especially considering the guest service manager's efforts. The location was perfect for a serene retreat away from the city center. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a variety of choices at higher prices. The hotel facilities were adequate but could be improved.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping team added lovely personal touches. The Spa Pen House was spacious and super cozy. The service was outstanding, with staff fulfilling every request, and the library with thousands of DVDs was a nice touch. The location was breathtaking, with expansive grounds and a unique atmosphere that sets it apart from other hotels. The dining experience was top-notch with a wide selection of both local and Western dishes. Overall, a fantastic experience.
Staying at the hotel felt like being in a colonial oasis with individual villas set in a charming garden. The rooms exuded a nostalgic atmosphere, but some found them a bit too dim. The service was exceptional and attentive, with special offers for repeat guests. The location was serene and unique, although ongoing refurbishments may affect the experience. The dining experience was described as out of this world, and the facilities were top-notch.
I absolutely loved my stay at Dhara Dhevi! The rooms are amazing, big, and beautifully furnished, but I did notice a slight pungent smell of mildew. The service was outstanding with the staff being professional, friendly, and always adding personal touches. The location is just awesome, weaving through residential villas, offering a peaceful and serene experience. The dining was a true feast with a great selection, although a bit pricey. The facilities were top-notch and added to the overall luxury experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms were very impressive and spacious, but unfortunately poorly maintained with various issues. The service was friendly but seemed to struggle with understanding some requests. The location was unique and serene, although not without its drawbacks. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide selection. The facilities offered were decent overall.
The hotel offers flawlessly clean rooms with a slight pungent smell of mildew but the Lanna architecture overlooking a rice field adds to the charm. The service is exceptional, accommodating, and personal. The location is serene and picturesque, appealing to those seeking a unique experience. The dining options are sumptuous with an extensive variety. The facilities are well-maintained and cater to a luxurious stay.
The villa was absolutely stunning with two floors in an authentic style villa, offering a spacious living room, kitchen, and an upstairs bedroom but had a pungent smell of mildew. The service was outstanding, with some of the most kind and generous staff available 24/7, although there were some struggles with understanding our requests. The location, outside of the city center, provided a peaceful retreat in charming teakwood houses. The dining experience lived up to its reputation, serving an expansive buffet with a good selection of local and western favorites but was a bit pricey. The facilities were incredible, offering a range of amenities for a comfortable stay.

The service was friendly and accommodating, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location surrounded by rice fields, water, and colorful flowers was serene and beautiful. The dining experience was sumptuous and offered lots of variety, making it one of the best breakfasts we had in Thailand. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a fantastic stay.
